If you want to abandon the purchase for any reason, if your product is not shipped, you need to contact us on our customer support page and create a cancellation request. If your product has been delivered to you and you wish to return it, you can request a return process for the rugs purchased within 7 days.
It is very important that the product is not contaminated, washed or damaged before returning it. Note that it must keep all original labels (shipping documents, etc.) and must be in salable condition in order to qualify for a refund.

The preparation of your order takes between 1 and 2 days. All products in our collection are safely stored in our warehouse. After our warehouse staff has prepared the cargo package, it is sent to the cargo department. Our products are delivered to our customers residing in the USA within 1 to 5 days. European countries are delivered to your address within 1-7 days. For other countries, Fedex International Shipping may take up to 10 days, but we successfully delivered 99% of the countries within 7 days to we ship to.
When your order is sent to the shipping department by the warehouse department, we will notify you of an e-mail containing your fedex shipping tracking number. The tracking number usually appears at the same time of day, but may appear 24 hours after fedex related problems.
All our vintage rugs go through various cleaning and maintenance processes before they are photographed. These first go to the weaving loom of our weaver and knot checks are made. Then, after the chain checks are made, the paint checks are made and sent to the cleaning center. For the cleaning of the product, it is cleaned with very special mixtures that will not damage the rugs.
Final checks are made just before vintage rugs are sent to your address. After the necessary controls are provided, it is carefully packaged and sent to the shipping department.
Our products are take photo by our special team in the daylight. No correction is made by any program. The product you see is the same as what the person taking the photo sees. Sometimes there may be color difference due to weather conditions. The product you see in the pictures is delivered to you at a rate of 99% exactly. If your home has dim light or a light other than daylight, the colors may differ.
Finally, there may be slight differences in what you see on your computer, depending on the color, contrast and brightness of the screen. Inside the product descriptions, we will also note any inherent color variations.
